Dawn loves being a Keller Williams real estate agent helping buyers and sellers in San Pedro, on the island of Ambergris Caye, in the beautiful country of Belize.
Dawn has been involved in buying and selling real estate since 2007 as a real estate investor, real estate agent and as the principal broker/owner of her own real estate brokerage in New Orleans. She is still an active real estate investor, property manager and in the past has served on the board of directors for the New Orleans Real Estate Investors Association.
Though Dawn lives and works full time in Belize, as part of her commitment to her craft, she still maintains memberships in the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors in the US. Additionally, Dawn continues to hold her Louisiana Brokers License.
