Villa 18 overlooks the infinity pool and has an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Caribbean Sea and beautiful white sandy beachfront. The unit is two levels with a large master suite on the upper level that holds a king size bed, large relaxing tub, separate shower and plenty of room for a sitting area.

The lower level has two additional bedrooms, one with a private bath and access to the front balcony. The living room has a wonderful view of the sea and beach area and has beautiful new furniture. The unit has a dining area that seats six and the kitchen has granite countertops, tons of cabinets and stainless-steel appliances which includes a dishwasher. Hidden away in the guest hallway is a stackable washer and dryer.

Villa 18 is fully furnished, turnkey and managed by the amazing on-site Pelican Reef management team. The resort has an infinity pool with swim up bar and the poolside restaurant serves wonderful meals.
